Is prior approval required for cashless treatment?

What if my cashless claim is partially approved?

Are OPD (outpatient) consultations covered under cashless?
Cashless facility is primarily available for inpatient (IPD) hospitalisations. OPD coverage depends on your specific insurance policy. Please check with your insurer directly.
Can I opt for reimbursement instead of cashless?
Yes. If you prefer, you can pay the hospital bill and later submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance company with all original discharge documents, bills, and investigation reports provided by us.
